Faculty/Librarian Review and Enhancement is IUPUI"s post-tenure review policy, developed by the IUPUI Faculty Affairs Committee and approved by the Faculty Council and IUPUI Chancellor. It is intended to support career-long faculty professional development and growth, while providing increased accountability. The policy relies on peer review and focuses on faculty/librarians seeking a change in career direction or emphasis and on faculty/librarians whose performance or productivity has declined below minimum standards. As such, the policy is closely linked with the annual merit review and with department, school, and campus-wide faculty development programs
